ALL CUSTOMERS:
We ship to the U.S. only.- We do not ship to P.O. boxes.
- All items carry a 100% guarantee. If you are not happy with your purchase, return it within 14 days of purchase for an exchange, or for a refund (less a 15% restocking fee).
- Please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery.
DISTRIBUTORS AND WHOLESALE CUSTOMERS (resellers of our products):
- We accept company checks or credit cards for initial orders.
- Net 30 terms can be arranged. Items not in stock will be back ordered unless otherwise agreed.
- Orders may be shipped in one shipment or in multiple shipments. In either case shipping will be billed through to our Wholesale/Retail client unless otherwise agreed.
- The minimum order is $50.
RETAIL CUSTOMERS
- Payment is to be by credit card or check payment.
